About me

I’ve always been drawn to the idea of helping people grow—

whether through leadership, mentorship, or community-building. I spent the last 15 years in non-profits— from intern to interim executive director — witnessing how growth is as much quantifiable as it is qualitative.

As someone who has experienced the loneliness of leadership in director and management roles, I stepped into capacity building work to support leaders who, like me, often found themselves overwhelmed by the expectations of non-profit leadership. I am passionate about connecting leaders to their sense of joy and purpose as an antidote to burn out so that they may sustain and maintain the momentum of their work.

In my work as capacity builder I have honed the skills to help organizations get to the heart of their why and build actionable steps that clarify to their teams how they will meet their vision. It is my deepest belief that when organization cultivate their people and their culture, they root deeper into their mission and vision, and see real results as an outcome. My goal with every client is to move beyond building systems, and live into nurturing the roots of lasting change.
